Obtaining a Proxy Card

Faculty can designate staff and/or students to obtain materials by obtaining a Proxy Card.

When the form is submitted to the library, the proxy person will be provided with a Proxy Card to be used when charging books for the Faculty member.

Assigning a Proxy
