Reserving A Group Study Room

Group-Study Rooms: 

 

Reservations are to be made using the reservation computer terminal located outside the study room suites.

 

No food is allowed. Drinks with covers are permitted.

These rooms are ONLY for current SXU students meeting outside of class.

SXU students can reserve assigned rooms in one-hour blocks to a maximum of 2 hours a day. All rooms have display monitors and wireless access, and all, except the Haddad Room, have whiteboards.

Groups of 2-4 may reserve room L349 D,F,H,J, or K.

Groups of 4-8 may reserve room L349 C, E,G, or I.

Groups of 4-10 may reserve the Haddad Conference Room.

Check your reservation on the monitor by the group study rooms. The group must be using the room within 15 minutes of the reserved time or the reservation is cancelled. The reservation is canceled if the room is left empty for more than 15 minutes. Rooms cannot be reserved for the last hour the Library is open. You will receive an email confirmation. If it doesn't display in your inbox, check your junk email folder.


 

The Bishop Quarter Room, on the right as you enter the library, is a large room that is available for holding casual conversations.
