Step 2. Limit the large number of results by using the Refine Results options in the left column. Perhaps start by limiting to the United States.
Then skim the other options for terms close to your interests.
Step 3. Examine the results for more keywords and reenter your search. For example, if this article sounds interesting, try using the appropriate subject terms.
