The Library Instruction Classroom is for librarians and their instruction classes; however, the Library may permit others to use L127 if the room is available for a single session. Due to our need for spontaneous class support sessions, we cannot allow all-day, regularly scheduled, or semester-long reservations.
RESERVING THE ROOM:
Access to the Library Instruction Classroom is from the CIDAT (Center for Instructional Design and Academic Technology) hallway entrance on the lower level of the Warde Academic Center. The classroom is down the long hallway at the end of the West wing of the building. If students need help finding the room, please have them ask the staff at the Media Services Desk.
The instruction classroom has 35 moveable swivel chairs. The walls are white boards, and there are markers for writing on the walls and erasers to wipe them clean. There is a computer and an overhead projector and screen. The lights can be raised or dimmed.
For security reasons, students must always be accompanied by either a teacher or staff member.
Contact the Library Circulation Desk to unlock the room. If you have a reservation for times when the library is closed, please call Security for access.
